Compression (C) of rock produces folds such as the one displayed in question #33. The top of the fold is an anticline as in the image below.

In contrast, the trough of the fold is the syncline.

Tension (A) occurs along divergent plate boundaries and can result in a normal fault as displayed below.

Weathering (B) is the breakdown of rock structures through physical means such as freeze thaw action or through chemical means such as carbonation.
River erosion (D) can help to produce features such as V shaped valleys, interlocking spurs, and potholes.
